Efforts to establish Article II eligibility for ballot access and petitions for redress have been blocked under the guise of privacy rights and lack of standing.  Every appeal that did reach the docket of the U.S. Supreme Court was answered with silence and repeated injury. This inability to enforce the Constitutional qualifications for President, Commander-in-Chief of its Armed Forces, and Vice-President of the United States should not be mistaken for acquiescence.
